Human-Centered AI in the Classroom: Student and Faculty Voices | CEETL's Third Annual AI Symposium

Call for Proposals - Due March 2, 2026

The Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CEETL) is hosting a symposium entitled "Human-Centered AI in the Classroom: Student and Faculty Voices” to be held on Zoom on Friday, May 1, 9:00am - 1:00pm. We are looking for panelists to give 15- minute presentations on how they have addressed emerging AI technologies in their classrooms. We are interested in instructor reflections on successes and challenges; in faculty efforts to investigate students’ perspectives on AI and learning; in faculty's decision-making process when it comes to integrating or resisting GenAI in the classroom. If you would like to present, please go to the Qualtrics link below and provide a title and brief (250 word) summary of your proposed presentation.  Deadline for proposals: March 2.
