Overview

CEETL invites you to attend a mini-symposium on AI and teaching held on zoom on Friday May 3rd from 9:00 - 12:00.

The event will feature short presentations by SF State faculty who will share about how they use AI in the classroom. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. After the presentations, esteemed scholar José Antonio Bowen (https://josebowen.com/), author of Teaching Naked and his forthcoming book Teaching with AI, will offer a keynote speech about the future of teaching and learning in higher education in an age of Generative AI.

9:00 - 10:30: Presentations from SF State Faculty and Q&A
10:30 - 11:00: Break
11:00 - 12:00: Keynote from José Antonio Bowen
